Question ddolauncher.exe has encountered a problem...

no matter what I try it will not load. I've disabled anti-virus, turned off firewalls, booted in safe mode with networking, updated drivers, nothing works. it worked fine 24 hours ago. I'm at a loss. Please help.

Everytime my computer gets attacked by a virus and I have to do a system restore I get this problem so I made sure to write down how I fix it.

Here is the navigation to get to the folder you need to delete

    C
    Users
------click whichever your user name is
    Application Data or App Data
    Local
    Turbine
Dungeons and Dragons Online or Lord of the Rings Online (this method works for both games)
DELETE Launcher Folder. (just to be safe make a copy of it in someplace other than here, like maybe your desktop)
    Relaunch game.

This usually works for me.....and I am on windows 7, but the general idea should work for any windows OS.
After you do this the splash screen have to reload and you will have to Agree again to the terms.
