    Default Issue with Turbine Points

    Hello, i just recently re started playing DDO, the last time i played was when Lv 14 was the cap.

    So i logged in 3 days ago and i got half a dozen letters saying i had earned X bonus turbine points for reaching X favor which i am currently at 1303. the total mail said i should have earned 275 favor not counting the 25 for each 100. i looked up the info and the favor delay said it was 24-48 hours and it has been over that time limit, i was wondering if this can be fixed or are they just lost or such and such? Any help is welcome, ty

    Check your points statement from within the store within the game. You can see the points you've earned and spent there.

    After that review, if you still think you're missing points, please contact the Account Management department. I'm sorry, but we can't assist with account specific questions on the forums.
