    Default Download DDO to a laptop?

    Im a VIP player and trying to download the game to my laptop. Guess Im computer illiterate but i cant seem to do it, the username keeps coming up red (probably because it is in use...by ME) any helpful tips out there?

    You state you're trying to download DDO but then also state you're trying to login. It's a little confusing.

    If you just trying to download the installer it shouldn't ask for your username. Here's a link to the download page.
