Requesting Drow Water Savant build

I've been sorta messing around with making a drow water savant lately and I'd love some help. If anybody has a build idea or input that'd be fantastic. Please include what spells are taken/changed at each lvl and feats as well.

It isn't an uncommon thing to request full builds on this board. There are also plenty of people that enjoy making and sharing builds. The title of thread is requesting a build, not advice on a build, so if somebody doesn't want to help, they don't have to click on the thread.
