If you are too lazy to learn where to go and how to progress in the game properly, I don't want you in my group.
Sharing a quest is only two clicks of the mouse. To me the laziness seems to be at your end.

People with a strong sense of entitlement often feel that they "deserve" what they're asking for. It's only going to slow you down a little if I butt in line ahead of you. It isn't really costing anyone very much if I always take pennies from the plate by the register and never put any in. It's only a little bit of litter when I throw my cigarette butt out the window of my car.

Sure, it's only a little thing. That doesn't make it right.

This. It isn't a matter of laziness. Its a matter of "Why the heck should I run and get the quest, and you don't have too?"

That bothers and irritates me. It's the entitlement thing. And the fact that if they don't ask, they will never learn. Unless of course they want the end reward. Then best believe they will search the entire map in it's completeness to find the quest giver so that they can get their masterwork scepter.

On a side note, I'm much more willing to share if the conversation goes something like this,

Player A has joined your party.
Player A: Hey all. How ya doing? (hell sometimes even a hey will suffice)
    Player B: Yo
    Me: heya
Player A: I am not familiar with this area/quest, can someone tell me where the quest giver is? Or stand near the giver so i can follow your dot?
    Me: Here.
You have shared such and such quest with Player A
Me: Follow me when we get out of here and I'll show you where they are.

    Player A has shown:

    1. They are a social being (Hello, how are you as opposed to "SHR PLZ!!!")
    2. They aren't familiar with the quest (good to know if it is a bit more difficult or a quest that we need to know to explain it to the person)
    3. A willingness to learn (asking where quest is, or for a guide)

asking for share is for convinience and does not determine you are a noob or not. Just share it all it takes is Press L and hit share.

not always. I usually pick up quests in advance, meaning that the most recent quest sometimes isn't the one i clicked the lfm for.
