How to make color text in chats?

I've been trying everything i could find on googles and forums, but its not working, no alias, no code, nothing.
And I know that its possible, because I saw people using different colors in party chat.
How can I do the same thing?

Once upon a time it was possible to do, but except the chars biography nowadays its turned off everywhere for players afaik.

<color=#rrggbb>...</color> was the tag iirc, or something similar (need to look up at my main char's bio, probably someone else will be quicker than me giving an absolute answer)

*edit* i believe there is one exception with aliases that were being loaded from file, that was still working
