I have laughed everytime I see that "tip". Especially now after update 9 its completely wrong.
Thelanis - Green Mtn Boys - Level 200
Have "paralyzed" monsters EVER been susceptible to auto crits?
Long, long ago, yes. But then they 'fixed' it.
"Funny 'Ha-Ha, or Funny 'Uh-oh...'?
Probably Funny 'Uh-Oh.'"
Khyber - Mesaana, Samaeila Suncrusher
long, long ago, yes paralyzed mobs were autocrit. It made paralyzing weapons UTTERLY dominating in almost all levels of combat.
That tip has always made me chuckle.![]()
But leave it as it is since to change it they would have to dedicate many months of man hours to change it. That and if they 'fix' it they would prob accidentally break greensteels or something again :P

And now that you're at it consider changing tip #8 as well.
From:
Tip #8: If you have a high Dexterity and a low Strength, you should consider the Weapon Finesse feat.
To:
Tip #8: If you have a high Dexterity and a low Strength, you should consider putting more ability score points into strength.
