    Default Paid for Sub, Was VIP for 1 day now i'm premium..

    What happened? i was playing a warforged for 3-4 hours now i cant even log on her and my status was forced into premium =.=

    There are a couple of things that can cause this sort of behavior.

    If you cancel within 24 hours of upgrading (so it doesn't automatically reoccur), the VIP upgrade doesn't fully take. You'll want to resub again and then wait until the next day to cancel.

    Alternatively, this can also happen if the subscription payment is declined by your bank. You can check your statement, or with the bank directly to confirm this. If this is the case, once you figure out why it happened and make any necessary changes, you can resub again.

    If the problem wasn't with your checking account and the payment went through, just call them and talk to a representative on the phone. I'm sure they will be able to figure it out without you getting double billed for 1 month. If not, be sure to report that back here. The masses will want to know.

    It ended up with me having to pay twice, it wasnt my billing company either - i'm really disappointed.

    Same thing append to me. Yesterday I buy some point, then I buy a subcription, and later I cancel the subcription to stop the recuring billing. Now I did't receive my 500tp from the subcription and I lost my VIP status.
    I have send a ticket. I think I will call cedit card to cancel the paiment.

    If your card statement actually has 2 payments actually clearing and being paid to Turbine, please contact our Account Support team, and they will be happy to assist you. Please note that sometimes a payment will appear on a statement twice, but one will be the initial request for funds, and the second is the funds clearing.

    As I explained above, if you cancel within 24 hours, the VIP upgrade does not fully take effect. You need to wait at least 24 hours before canceling.

    If you did wait 24 hours, the Account Management team will be happy to help. I encourage you to wait to hear from them, rather than reversing charges with your card company, as that can limit the support options we have.

    The same thing happend to my account as well - I bought a GTC code online, waited for Account.Support to apply their work around to activate it and was VIP for about half a day before the servers came down for maintenance.

    I haven't gotten my points.
    I haven't got access to VIP content.
    I have sent another ticket to figure out how and why this happened.

    I have paid for the service on Sunday, expecting to enjoy a week regular gaming before my vacation ends. Now its Thursday and its not working as intendet. I would hope we can expect some information why the accountsystem is having so many problems at this time - because waiting a whole week for an account that should be working within 24 hours without any explanation is not especially entertaining.

    The Account Management team is experiencing a period of high load at this time. We continue to work to respond to all tickets in the system, and improve our turn around times again.

    There are some known issues with GTCs, but this doesn't sound like its one of the known issues. The Account Management team will be happy to review your ticket and assist.

    Please do note that if you submit a ticket and receive a response, but have further questions, you can simply reply to the email to update your ticket.

    I have never seen this behavior due to a glitch in our system, though I will pass along your feedback.

    I do recommend you contact your bank or card company to check if the payment has processed, and if it has not, why it was not processed.
