I'm almost there. Just need a few bajillion more ingredients for a few more crafting levels.
What I'm wondering is if the Cannith Crafting will set the bar for new Epic weapons or whether we will have to grind crafting to have the best weapons in the game.
There are a short few epic weapons worth grinding for at the moment. I would love to see this adjusted so that epic weapons are truely epic. The eSOS stats are great, but if someone doesnt want to use a great sword, they are out of luck. Grind two khopesh out of the shroud and maybe grind some chaosblades.
I think crafting will be better for making weapons that are tailored to a specific situation in many cases.
Why not evil outsiders instead of lawful outsiders?
Not criticizing... just genuinely curious. To me (and my limited DDO experience) I know both overlap quite a bit, but it seems Evil would work on more stuff?
Before we see a lfm up saying, "must have +4 silver holyburst of greater lawful outsider bane, be ready to link" on the group page for raid groupings. Let's give this weapon a suitable name to shorten those lfms.

As for adding the force ritual, don't make that mistake.
You can craft the item as shade mentioned earlier with the adamantine rituals. You have to put them on right after disjunction. They don't cause any problems. However, if you add the force ritual at this point, it will make the item a +1 enchantment level. Adding HB and GLOB put it to +9. The highest enhancement bonus allowed at that point is a +3.
Trust me on this, I did the painful science for everyone.
Nice axe Shade.

Am talking about the actual crafting grind, ie, the clicking, the running from decon alter to shard alter and back, the clicking, the clicking, the CLICKING, the.....oh nvm, you get the point
Oh, and the noise is just terrible, don't know what part of the development cycle that conversation was in, but I think the winner of the argument may need to sit in a room for hours listening to that.....(I know, and yes, I listen to my iPod, I'm just sayin......)
Finally updated my original post to include a screenie of my Kensei's Falchion. ^^ Yay!
Seeing as it's ML 20 I guess I will just do the slow grind method and raise my crafting level as I level my Horc. That way I should be able to achieve level 20 and the crafting level I need around the same time.

more deprecated by the fact i just put a devils ruin gem in my esos..
Fact is the geob shard is insanely high lvl and just not worth it. Theres no benefit to it, as to cover other eo like demons, id need to a be cold iron.. In which case id just make a COHOBGCOB heh.
But yea not ultimate anymore.. Can go to +5 now since shards of potential go higher now. Im not too far off being able to do that, but no real rush either.
Kinda working one elemental now, I want a fire absorption shard next.
Quick question.
With the new unbound crafting system can this axe or any similar weapon be created unbound?

Good luck.
You'll be lucky if you're even half-way on the crafting XP needed to craft the weapon in the OP by the time you hit 20.
I don't think unbound Greater Banes are in yet (not positive), but a +4 Holy Silver EOB can certainly be crafted from unbound shards, or crafted as a BtC on Equip weapon.
The 'bound' shards are bound to account, so if you have the shared bank you can use them for your alts.
It's only trading to other accounts you need unbound shards for. Crafting for sale or for your guild, stuff like that.
Unless this has changed without me noticing.
