    Unhappy Bugs

    I tried posting this in the Bugs section of the forums. Ironically, the Bugs section is bugged and gives me a browser connection error. So...

    Bug #1. The Bugs section of the forums is broken!

    Bug #2. I have a set of Green Steel Bracers of Mineral II equiped. They have 45 HP (10 + 15 + 20) on them, and they are cleansed. I have a Green Steel Necklace of Vacuum equipped with 30 electric resistance, poison and fear immunity, and another 10 points of electric resistance, and it is not cleansed. I swap to a 3x Negative Green Steel Necklace with +6 to Intelligence skills for search/disable. When I swap back to the Necklace of Vacuum, I lose some or all of the HP on the Mineral II Bracers. To get the HP back, I have to unequip the bracers and then re-equip them.

    Bug #3. I'm trying to cleanse the green augment slot on a Tier 3 Epic Treasure Hunter's Spyglass. It is Bound and Attuned and has +1 Alchemical Resistance on it, but it is still Bound to Account, not Bound to Character. I put the Spyglass (which currently has Toughness in the green slot) and 3 Epic Raid Tokens into the epic crafting altar in the Twelve. Forge. Nothing happens. I've tried stacks bigger than 3. I've tried 3 individual tokens instead of a stack of 3. I've tried putting in a green catalyst with the Spyglass and the tokens. I've tried just putting in a new blue shard (+2 Good Luck), a green catalyst and the Spyglass. Nada. How do I cleanse the Spyglass?

    Anyone out there - especially the Devs - have any insight on any of these issues?

    Hey Terimus,

    The "bugs" link on the forums should take you to a form where you can submit your bug. It isn't an actual forum to post in. If you're having problems seeing it, be sure you're using IE or Firefox as your browser, and that you're allowing cookies for the site.

    You can also submit bugs within the game.

    Yep, I tried that. I'm using IE and have cookies enabled, but I still get an error when it tries to take me to that form.

    Tried using it a couple days ago, with that result.

    In-game, the help screen just goes black. The buttons are still down across the bottom, but there's no UI to interact with other than that.

    On the website, it gives a server error, stating it cannot find the page.

    Surely this qualifies as harrassment, I didn't do anything!!

    since in game bug reporting and bug reporting on the forums are still broken, i am going to post this here in hopes a Dev may actually see it.

    the bug i am seeing is when you equip the beholder plate docent, with alien mind upgrade, it eats 2 charges from the mantle of the world shaper. it does this if you have the docent equipped at log in and while swapping around. swapping to a different docent then putting the beholder one back on eats two more charges.

    The in-game bug report form doesn't work and hasn't worked for some time...... irony at its finest.
