problem connecting to servers

I can log in without any issues at all, I even played today, but for some reason I can't log into any server at all. My internet isn't the problem. I just installed a day ago. It HAS done this before which is why I installed it two days ago. Someone please help me fix this permanently. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to reinstall this game every 3 days.

What happens when you try to log in?

Is there a particular reason you keep reinstalling the game? I would think that if there is a problem that requires reinstalling, once should do it. So, the problem may well not be related to reinstalling.

More information would be really helpful. Could you post your DXDiag and what your connection is like?

Definitely defrag, since the repeated reinstallations likely have your hard drive fragmented like crazy.
