If you MyDDO my toon, don't mind the ring that is not buccaneers, and my FF boots (if I had em on). I use 1 ring for lv 3/4 spells and switch it to a different one, same as the boots.

Rogues are only the highest highest dps in the game if built properly like Quicktoes built his. His rogue clears something like 60 str or some sick amount with all the gear he has. Add that to a backstabbfor some sick damage. I built one but it doesn't stack up to Quicks rogue. It does great dps but not sick dps like Quick. And you can easily get them up to the 450 hp that the op is requiring.

But hey what do I know I've only been doing elite Shroud since the cap was 16 and the only requirement from Boldrin was bring a couple of pots for the healers just in case. We didn't fail in Boldrins elite raids then and not a ton of people had 450 plus hp toons since the cap was only.

I'm not seeing many players who stand out as long time vets on that list. Might have something to so with the op obviously not knowing enough about dps that it leaves some doubt as to being able to lead an elite Shroud.

Do you happen to have a link of his build? I seem to recall looking at it once, but can't find it now. I remember it was some crazy stats.

Reasonable.... is the word you were looking for.
Assuming the group will be capped, 450 hp is completely reasonable to ask for. You should have that standing without buffs if you have some gear. And that's on a rogue, if he's geared well.
Your ranger you should have more than this if he's geared for elite raids.

In case you're curious how he got that:
160 base for a ranger (8 x 20 = 160)
120 con (14 base, +2 tome, +6 item = 22 : mod +6 x20 = 120)
20 heroic durability
10 draconic vitality
30 greater false life
22 toughness
20 toughness enhancements
45 GS
20 Minos
*****************
447 with minimal reasonable expectations and gear that everyone should have if they expect to run elite raids
