    It amuses me that you still cannot grasp this.

    1. DDO:EU is still second to Lords of Rings Online! (it may have it's combat system but it still uses an outdated game engine and cannot even workout the basics like GIVE WIZARDS NEW SCROLLS!!)

    2. Yes ATARI rushed the release of Cryptics Champions Online... But Cryptic has more then recovered with hard work...LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS and playing the long game, people who left DCUO are Coming back to Champions Online because it's a far better game.

    3. Neverwinter has another backer ... Hasbro so ATARI cannot call the shots this time And tell Cryptic when to release.

    4. Only five core classes are used at launch for one clear reason.. To make sure each one is ROCKSOLID! No more borked classes that get neglected from launch and no more ubernerfs to try to cover up bad game ideas...Khopeshes and Wall of Fires that have screwed this game.

    5. For people who slag off D&D 4.0 ... Checkers is a dumbed down version of Chess but it is still challenging and menu people play! (if you want to talk about dumbing down..how about moving trap control boxes before traps? Or selling healing and shrine items in the shop?

    Morale Cryptic + D&D 4.0 does not = fail ... Grow up!!

    as for being user content heavy.. i dont see that being a problem , the one thing ide change about ddo is not being able too build side dungeons too keep things freash.. and im not BASHING the ddo team i love then actually and im sure i Know a couple of them.

    Back too neverwinter thier is going too be a story line jsut like DDO , the only diffrence is between updates build dungeons run your friends crypt..{] ive even heard over the years while playing this game people asking if we could get the same thing here so i think Its going too be a great thing

    Default DDO needs to STEP UP!

    I gotta say that i've been very skeptical about Neverwinter. But I'm also very interested in it.

    I'll try and do the Beta. Competition is never bad, hopefully DDO will raise to the occasion!

    I would've loved to see some Turbine DDO news during E3, but like always it's the evil step child LOTR that gets all the goodies. Thats nice another expansion for LOTR

    I'm getting bored of DDO and it would be nice to see some good news about DDO
    instead of State of the Game Addresses that fall short...

    No Druid, No Epic... until what 2012?

    One thing is for sure...I'm not renewing my sub..instead will go FTP

    They cant even get password issues fixed for the plethora of users who are locked out of their forums. Its making people wait 15 minutes after every 5 log in attempts. People change their passwords then immediately try to log in afterword and get the same error. No response to any of us here in Madison who have been experiencing this same issue. Still cant log in - day 2. There are nine of us that I know of so far. I cant think we are the only ones seeing this.

    If they cant manage something like this which should be fairly trivial, the first time this happens at game log in instead of forum log in, hilarity will ensue. People who have lives arent going to sit around and watch their entertainment time for the day, week etc trickle away 15 minutes at a time while they wait for some quirky log in issue to be resolved.

    Wow, really?

    Sounds like something to wait to try after it hits the bargain bin...hopefully by then the bugs will be mostly ironed out.

    funny you say that your right. the first time i just copyed the second time i opend up my other screen and went too each site then copyed then pasted so forth then can back and made sure they all worked , i smell a Dev...now thier not working again
