You forgot the Sustaining Symbiont! It removes some of the negative effects.

Thats the only thing from the scattered thread I noticed was missing.

Cheers for making this thread, Shade. I was hoping you or someone else would tackle this for U10.

    My 2cp on locations:
Fleshmaker's Brigandine was an end-reward item.
Hammer was Lord of Stone end chest.
Watcher's Blade I want to say was from Acute Delirium but I'm not 100% certain on that. I'll run the series again tonight or tomorrow if real life permits to see what drops where.

Its "peals", which is the term of a loud noise.

Someone posted a greater necro / major void lore version of the sceptre in the other thread as well.

Ah, no mention of the 'eSOS level greataxe' that someone said existed (without a screenshot) in the other thread...

(edit yes of course I know they were trolling)

I'd like to report that the item effect "peals of thunder" is very erratic, and rarely procs(unless there's a problem when you use two of them).

when I tested it with a single weapon, it appeared to be a nice 5-10% proc rate, letting you keep it at a 3 stacks, but when I tested it TWF I'd rarely see the effect even get a ONE stack.

Also, Cloudburst didn't appear to do much better from what I remember... Maybe I'll make a video showing it.

Went ahead and did some rate tests for the peals of thunder and "cloudburst" effect.... the results were less then appealing.

I'll update this as I go(going to 1000*edit 500*). but so far the results are not so good.

*edit* peals of thunder only actually hits twice it appears.

    Dummy1
    Peals of Thunder
    133:3

Cloud Burst(appears to be a solid 10% chance).
    133:13

    Dummy2
    Peals of Thunder
    253:6

    Cloud Burst
    253:24

    Dummy3
    Peals of Thunder
    370:9

    Cloud Burst
    370:36

    Final count
    Peals of Thunder
    500:15

    Cloud Burst
    500:47

Cloudburst was mentioned (in a thread a long time ago) by a very reliable source as having a 9% proc rate.
Peals - meh. If it was 25% this weapon would be on-par with a Great Commander Shroud Scimitar of Lightning (so just tier 2, not tier 3), and even then, it would only be at that power level if Peals procced at 0, 2, 4 and 6 seconds.
At 3%, it could literally do five times the damage and would still be a pathetic effect.

I agree, but it should be mentioned that you can keep refreshing the effect to infinity(almost certain of this) but this is literally impossible at a 3% proc rate(ALMOST lightning strike rare). It SHOULD be a 5-10% proc rate like cloudburst... I'd also like to mention that the effect has no initial damage. which is why you only get two damages.

Also, it's very likely that cloudburst is 10%. 10% just makes more sense then 9%, as a 1% deviation is common when you're testing things in game, unless you do insane amounts of sampling.
