Skill stacking

Folks just a quick question. Can the Bonus from Items stack when it comes to skill points? Ie. You multi-class a Rogue, but even at 2 for 1 you will have trouble maxing the needed rogue skills so can you stack 2 different items giving +X to Disable device, open, search etc.?

2 same typed bonuses do not stack.

So if you had two items with disable device +3, you would only get +3 not +6.

Almost all +skill items give a "competence" bonus, so they won't stack with one another. There are a few named items that provide "enhancement" boni to skills (e.g. Ventillated Bracers from Reaver's Fate). There's also the Voice of the Master (Delera) and Head of Good Fortune (Reaver) that give a +1 and +2 luck bonus to all skills, respectively, one these would also stack. Apart from these, I don't think there's any way to further increase skills with items (unless you count GH clickies and +INT items).

spashing 2 lvl of rogue can be quite fun if you plan it out in advance..
That been said i have like 4 toons with rogue spash and my wiz/rogue is an epic trapmonkey in the making.
Its really all about play style and know how.
