Star Wars: Old Republic E3 Trailer.

I'm officially on the fence when it comes to buying/playing the game itself... but man oh man has Bioware outdone themselves with the cinematic pieces for this game.

This trailer, by itself, has more cool things then Lucas dribbled forth in his last three movies. In my opinon - Lucas needs to totally separate himself from Star Wars, and give let people who love it take the reins...

I don't even know why they're bothering with a game...

They should make Star Wars movies... That was 6 minutes long... 20 of those, and you got a 2 hour movie that will make them $100 million at the box office.

I'd go see a Bioware Star Wars movie, and buy the DVD...

Excellent trailer. Always been a huge star wars fan. Will definitely give the mmo a whirl when it comes out. Seems like its been in development forever.

I've got a Imperial guild set up over there called "Not Without Incident" I really wish I would have thought of "Jar Jar's Revenge" though.

Well, I'm not buying the game either... seems too much like WoW and LucasArts had an illegitimate child for my tastes. Awesome trailers - but every time I see actual gameplay, like when I saw their Devs show it off live at PAX, it just leaves me cold. I can see why they will make a mint - but as a game it's not for me. The guys in charge of the trailers need to make the 7th Star Wars movie, though.

As for my logic - well, that has always been a bit suspect.

Whereas I have found the game-play footage of SW:TOR disappointing, I continue to love these cinematics they bring out and that is yet another good one.
Even if the Game is rubbish and I have nothing to do with it, can they continue to bring these out, I always thoroughly enjoy them and as at least one other person said, they are much better than the prequels.
