    Default Trouble logging into game

    Not sure if this goes here but here it goes, I just decided to come back to this game after last playing in 2006, Now to my understanding the game turned into F2P. Now I just got done installing the game, I used my disks I had when I first bought the game, It just got done downloading and now its saying this username does not have an active subscription, can someone please tell me whats going on?

    Try logging into myaccount.turbine.com and be sure that there's a DDO account listed there. If not, you can try the "forgotten your username?" link, or the "forgotten your password?" link. And if that doesn't help, feel free to contact the Account Management department for help.

    yes im able to log into the account management on the site and everything, im thinking that maybe the disk i bought from the store all those years ago may have something to do with it? Which would maybe make a little sense? I don't know, I deleted that version and currently downloading the version from the site, lets see where that gets me.

    Fairly sure there's an issue with accounts that're that old, but I can't remember how to fix it, sorry

    I advis contacting the accounts department, for all the good that seems to do everyone.

    hmm i looked around / googled the best i could but nothing showed up, still downloading the game from the site to see if that helps, otherwise i duno

    At this point, the download will probably work better than the disc.
