Necrotic Ray; PWS.
Necro ray just gives me the giggles because really, you should have worn deathward. It's a nice surprise to keep slotted in case someone with a high Fort save and a deathBLOCK item tries to get at me (a good shot usually hits for 400+ on a successful save).
PWS always annoys me because it can't be mitigated by player skill, only by grinding loot and TRs. I mean, it doesn't take much skill to just pick a target and hit two buttons. Now, I don't object to its use... I just don't like it.
Close seconds:
Finger of death (Wheeeeeeeeeeeee instagib!)
Dispel (gah oh noes my buffs and hjeals)
This applies not just to PvP but in general--anything that PWS's or dispels my toon in a quest swiftly takes either a lightning bolt (on my savant) or a PWK (on my necro).Wait! Where are you going? Come back here and die for my fleeting tactical advantage!
