Reaver's Fate Puzzle constantly bugged?

Over the past six-seven months I've run this somewhat regularly, and about half the time the runs require 2-3 attempts because the puzzle does not advance/no feedback is given, sometimes zero feedback from the DM, so entirely broken. Am I missing something here or is this a really buggy puzzle?

Ive been running it about 5 times a week on various characters for quite some time and have never seen/heard anything like that. Only had to repeat it once, due to someone pulling the wrong lever and the stormreaver "dying" before the correct lever was pulled.

What exactly do you mean by zero feedback? you pull the lever and you don't get any lights?
Maybe you just din't get any of the corrects colors in the puzzle ^_^
For instance, if you go 1-1-2-2 and you get 0 blacks and 0 whites, and then 3-3-5-6 and again 0 blacks and 0 whites, the answer will be 4-4-4-4 (just an example)...

Yep, exactly. Doesn't light up, and the dungeon master says nothing (I don't get a "that is the wrong combination" + air elemental spawn at all - it just stalls). Levers do nothing. It's happened probably 8 or so times now? Kind of frustrating to sit there for three minutes doing nothing

I would have to agree with the general consensus. I run it 4 times a week, and never have a problem.

The OP stating that the puzzle does not advance leads me to think there is a bigger problem

More information is needed.

How well do you understand the puzzle? (sorry had to ask)

Do you realize that there could be no feed back and the puzzle still advances? (again sorry)

Is the problem that when you turn the lever, nothing happens, no row is added either way? (most likely)

If the problem is the last one, it would be the first I have heard of it.

(I only run it once every 1-2 weeks, or so, averaged out; side note, so six months is not as frequent as it may appear. I do have the puzzle down and yep I understand that it can advance with no feedback, but when it feels broken it's *really* broken (the above). Hmm.... I wonder if a mass of dancing balls is affecting anything ).

edit2: OH! This may have been unclear: ~six months ago (Novish) is when the stalling out/zero response issue cropped up in my runs, not the amount of time running RF.

Yes, if you don't get any of the colors right, you don't get the narration that the selection is incorrect, and it doesn't spawn air eles, the puzzle just sits there like you haven't pulled the lever. It is a little confusing for those who haven't run into it before, but it also doesn't mean you can't just enter "0 0" into the solver and move on to the next step. Once you do get at least one color, the indicators do light up on the correct line.

Hmm, never heard of this bug before. Due to that and reaver being a fairly commonly run raid I can only assume that there is some misunderstanding with how the puzzle actually works.

Right, but 3min+ of selecting lots of different sequences should result in *some* feedback, no? This isn't a "I pulled one lever and sat there" post. It's totally unresponsive.

Anyway, apparently not a common issue, so very well might be me

so more info: Today's the first time this happened in a while, and it happened in Nov-Jan about half a dozen times (and not from mid last year to Nov at all - puzzle worked fine), but I did not play from March to now much. I don't think it's user error, but possible. *shrug* So, I guess not "constantly" but "hey this happened again, and it happened a few times a while back." Thanks for the responses though!
