WF Tactics/Fighter past life not applying to stunning fist?

Currently on my monk life (have a fighter past life) and noticed something a bit odd with my stunning fist DC. By my calculations:

DC 10
+10 Monk levels
+8 Wisdom modifier
+1 Fighter past life
+2 WF Tactics

My dc should be 31. Instead I have this:



Am I misunderstanding something here?

◦The DC is 10 + half Character level + Wisdom modifier + Stunning item bonus.

So for you:
10 Base
05 Monk levels
08 Wis
01 Fighter Past Life
02 WF Enh

So I'm guessing you have some handwraps with +2 Stunning equipped to hit 28.

Edit: I'm assuming the non-Monk levels don't add to the half character level, since if they did that would leave 1 DC unaccounted for.

Your DC should be
10 Base
+6 half your character level of 13
+8 wisdom bonus
+2 warforged tactics
+1 fighter past life
= 27

Since you're showing as 28 maybe the half level part is rounding up? or there is one other point unaccounted for.

Wow I can't believe I completely misunderstood the mechanics behind the DC. >.>

All the same thanks for the responses. Redspecter's analysis is correct, the half level appears to be rounded up.

Monks are lucky there stuns even show a tooltip DC anymore.

No other classes stuns do as of U9. Nor trips or any other tactics.
