That build is out dated. So much has changed in the game since posted that. You can get sneak attack damage off stunned mobs but it does not receive the 50% increase. The build he has posted is also missing new rogue feats like opportunist. And honestly even when it was posted it was not that good of a build if you plan on staying 20 with out TRing.

Ah I just started with that build and I'm about to hit lvl 3. So is that build not worth making at all? I don't mind not being the best guy in the party as long as I'm not super gimped.
If not does anyone know a build that similiar to this one? (Dwarf STR-based TWF rogue).

/this, except against 100% fort while gaxe is better than falchion, gsword beats em both. I haven't run the numbers, but the thing about the gaxe was the autocrits from held and stunned mobs. Now that that's gone, i'm thinking that now it's falchion after about 30 str (28 on a horc with dmg Enh) for non fort, and gsword 100% fort, but as for inbetween, not sure where falchion leaves off.
But my gut feeling is that unless you're a dwarf and so should use gaxe when not using falchion (there's a damage mod formula somewhere that tells you when, too lazy to search), most ppl should switch to gsword, since double the crits at 2/3 the crit mult will get you ahead in the long run, or even not that long, since the crits won't necessarily be so huge they're wasted.
Of course, GS, eSoS, etc all bets are off, and if someone has some nice cold hard numbers that prove me wrong but settle it one way or another with teh new mechanics (no autocrit and now more fort), i'll be the first to thank em
EDIT: I freely admit the gaxe is the most bada*s looking weapon, so there's that.
