I wanna help to one of my friend. I made a ticket for help to him but i got an automatic message:
"Thank you for submitting this issue on the behalf of another player. Unfortunately, the In-Game Support team is unable to discuss or resolve a player issue with a different player. Please ask the player to submit a help request directly and I will be happy to assist them. If they are unable to do so from a particular character, they can submit a help request from any of their other characters, regardless of server, or they can visit http://support.turbine.com to request assistance. Thanks again!"
Ok, we send a ticket becouse hi have an ingame problem. He got a message that if he have an ingame problem send a ticket ingame, but he can't make ticket ingame becouse he haven't got 'new ticket' and 'track ticket' option in his help menu. He have a premium account, he bought many points and play years ago... Need any solution or help, we send a new ticket but didnt get answer till now...
