Haven't seen this, but it sounds like the same bug that allows WF and high level Monks to sometimes be diseased/poisoned/etc. Seems like immunities are invisible buffs, and sometimes they get removed, or fail to apply. Logging out, and back in, is supposed to fix those problems.
