Is there any hope of getting these feats designated as monk class feats?

Yeah but adding them to the monk bonus feats would be a buff to any monk-splash build that doesn't need any other of the monk bonus feats.

Correct, really no need to make them eligible as monk bonus feats. It would only reduce the benefit of going pure or mostly pure monk further, considering the stances already got added in as base feats to begin with.
