New Items from Update 10

Not sure how i feel about Greater Enchantment focus being on freaking everything nowadays, but whatevs the summons is actually pretty interesting (Chaos Beholder, Flesh Render, Mindflayer Mage, Taken, ect). I only ran 2 of the quests before i got too tired, and this was all that i have seen so far.

Noticed a few new items in the chain end reward.
+5 handwraps with axiomatic/anarchic bursts and lawful/chaotic outsider banes (regular, not greater), and the -10 concentration debuff.
A docent to match the robe from u9.
A docent and brigandine with fleshmaker, disintegrate guard, and other effect(s).

The new armors also appear to have the craftable upgrade on them, and the ingredients drop directly from killing mobs in the new chain.

Very nice. Not sure I'm gonna log in to Lam this time around. Spent weeks on there for U9 and made the actual live release a little less than spectacular for me because of it. Think I'll sit this one out and enjoy it freshly when it's released on live.

Cool item though. Kinda useless except for the summon, however. Exc. CHA +1 isn't exactly hard to fit in for those who need it and greater ench. focus is, as you said, on just about every other item these days... and it doesn't stack, so... yeah, kinda pointless.

This weapon reminds me of a one-handed version of the hammer from Super Smash Brothers that would fling enemies with a single hit.

Wow i didnt hope to see that low power weapons... U9 are better and level 14... This level 16and nothing new spectacular... May be the hammer will be useful in epics parties with caster spec on trans spaming flesh to stone but the others... I ll hope to find some good weapons with high base dmg like U9...

May be the problem is Gs because i compare with it. Gs ml 12 ... This ml 16...

This one I found in the chest from the named beholder "Opukoxx the Indomitible", in the last quest "The Lord of Eyes"....it's not new, but it's a named item that dropped.

What is that "Cloudburst" effect? is it a lightning Strike?

If it is anything like the reaver's cloudburst - it is a 60's ish shock that hits the target.

Same as found here when Cloudburst first appeared.

On average it seemed to do an extra... 40 maybe 50 pts of electric damage randomly. I haven't bothered with one in years.

It is NOT lightning strike, and no graphical lighting strike for an "oh, cool" effect.
