Firestorm Greaves

I've got a pair of Firestorm Greaves but I have been tempted to trade/sell them because of some good offers out there. I am currently a WF FvS so I can see how they would be pretty good for my build but please tell me why they are so sought after or if they are no big deal. I don't have uber gear either so should I keep them or sell them?

In the old days, you wanted those for running the shroud. The fire attacks from Harry were rendered weak for those that had/has/have them.

Presonally, I would keep them. Fire attacks by the bad guys are still a favorite attack.

First off congrats on your pull Ive yet to see a pair of those drop and if my guild leader didnt own a bajillion pairs Id think they were made up.

Now while if you need money you could probably make a lot of plat from this you never know when you may need the protection. There are a few quests at higher levels where you can benefit from the fire resistance they provide including Epic Demon Queen.

That being said though when they finally put Fire absorption into the crafting tables (which I thought they would by now since they have Electrical to 33%) you may have more options to sell your boots. Id say honestly if your not hurting for plat keep them just in case ya dont want to regret selling them then finding you need them on another build down the road. Unless ya get lucky and pull another pair
