    The idea is to mainly use offensive spells due to somewhat low HP, and be able to go in and fight melee if you run out of SP or something. Enhancements were a little weirdly placed, I messed up and didn't feel like redoing them. But they don't matter so much.

    Im not a great builder, i tend to just make it up or copy others so ill preface by saying well done for posting a build in the first place and, im not the best to give you advice. but until someone better comes along heres my first thoughts.

    Splashing arcanes with fighter is a really tricky business. Only a few builds have managed it well. Heres a couple from Anneliese but theres others on the forums.

    Assuming you want to stick with what you have, my first thoughts would be....

    Stats.

    I would drop DEX, go 2 hander weapon.

    Put these points into INT. You are going to struggle with alot of your damaging spells. Missing 6 caster levels, base INT stat and the 5 points from level up will hurt.

    Put your level up points (5) into either STR or INT... im not sure how to best advise here. depends on which way you will focus.

    Dont put skill points into repair, its a waste really for the benefit.

    I respect the effort you have put in. I would honestly suggest trying to go a bit closer, if not copy someone elses build though. It will give you great insight if you wish to TR or something.

    As a caster some very simple things you might want to do......

    18/2 wiz/ either rogue or monk. Work in some evasion for suvivability.

    Theres a sorc/x/x build.... im kicking myself because im drunk atm and cant for the life of me think of the name but its very popular. (apologies to the creator)

    Even with minimal melee investment your wizard can have a scrap. take a great axe, buff yourself to Nigh invincible, grab a divine power clickie and swing away.

    Even if you went quite traditional you can get 14/16/18 STR/CON/INT with a 32 point build....

    Im not suggesting you have to follow the masses. Im a strong believer in play what you want and find fun..... its really just some thoughts from someone with too many opinions

    Level into Dex? don't understand why, level ups should all go into your
    primary stat.

    You have 2 skills at 20 with a ".5", this equals 1 lost point as they don't round up.

    Your low Int will really affect your spell DC's so landing offensive spells will most
    likely not happen very often.

    I believe the previous poster was refering to the "Tukaw" build.

    Here are a few random thoughts.

    1. Your primary focus.

    Either you're primarily a caster who turns to melee to conserve spell points (or for the fun of it), or you're primarily a melee who turns to spells for buffs and "nuking".

    Your build appears to be a melee who suplements with spells, so I'll continue with that in mind.

    2. Build goals

    a. Self-Healing

    The typical healer that you will encounter will have a hard time understanding what you're trying to do, and will do their best to "educate" you as to your proper place (most likely back on Korthos in their mind). The most common method they use is to withhold healing you, so you need to be prepared to heal yourself.

    In the early part of the game, this can be accomplished with pots and wands. Not so in the later part of the game. You need to be able to return significant chunks of HP frequently - at a minimum, I'd say 150 hitpoints every 6 seconds or so. Preferably 300+.

    b. Defense

    OK, you have the ability to heal yourself. Now, you need to minimize that need, or all you'll do is stand around keeping yourself alive.

    1. Evasion - this is an excellent way to mitigate a lot of damage from casters, provided you get a serviceable (30+) reflex save. 2 Monk or 2 Rogue is the standard method.

    2. Displacement/Blur - you won't have a problem keeping these on yourself, and they go a long way to preventing a lot of melee damage. Keep in mind that any mob with True Seeing will not be affected.

    3. DR - reducing the damage per hit can be very effective. Warforged can wear the Docent of Defiance that is a fairly reliable way of getting 20/- DR. Pale Masters can get a quasi-DR by getting hit points every time they're hit.

    4. Armor Class - not recommended due to the effort required to get it where it will help you. It can be done, however.

    c. Offense

    Now that you've reduced your need to spend all of your time healing yourself, it's time to look at what you're contributing to the goals of the party.

    As a melee-focused wizard, you need to do more damage with your weapons than with your spells. If your spells are doing more damage, then you should consider respecing to a caster.

    Your feat selection looks good, but I'm not sure about putting level ups into Dex. Personally, I'd put them into Str (starting with 16 Dex to get iTWF/gTWF with a +1 tome). If you insist on putting them into Dex, you should look into Weapon Finesse to boost your to-hit - at least, until you've gotten the necessary gear to get your Str higher than your Dex.

    As a battle-caster, your biggest DPS concern is your to-hit. If you're not hitting them, you're doing 0 DPS.

    Gemstone (in my sig) is the route I took with a melee Wizard. Since the changes with U9, I've wanted to remove the 3rd rogue and drop the Intimidate, but that's a pretty minor change.

    Main problems I see with your build: stat pts spread pretty thin; lowish INT means lowish DCs and only 14 wiz lvls means lowish Spell Pen, which means offensive spells won't land as much; and DEX-based + khopesh don't mix. Also your enhs seem to be a mess, but they're easy enough to redo.

    I'm just gonna point you to this thread and in particular this build I posted.
