I purchased VIP for 15$ a month yesterday and it worked perfectly, but today I signed on and lost all my bonus's. My card did have the money drawn from it so what should I do? I really wanna play..

Okay so I contacted support via email.. got a response asking if what I really needed was help setting up a subscription. Then at the very bottom of the email it said it assumed my issue was fixed unless I responded to the email or called. So I sent another message..
Really..? I'm not even mad just disappointed.
Can you tell me what bonuses you appear to have lost? Maybe its just something quick and obvious. When I signed up for VIP, it took 24-48 hours for the process to complete (no doubt due to the way banks process credit cards.)
Also, forgive me for asking, but are you sure you signed in with the same DDO account name?
Turbine has different "support" departments. For issues with Turbine Points and account options I've had great success calling the Acount Support department by voice:

Sadly I realized the issue 5 minutes after the phone lines closed, I am waiting for noon though.
I was a free play account, signed up for VIP. I could make every race and class, use any dungeon, etc, etc. Then this morning is turned into a premium account.
It'll be noon Easter Time soon, I hope you come away all fixed up.
