    Default Unable to make tickets in-game

    This has been going on since one of my characters was renamed. It has prevented me from requesting assistance in quests where a submitted ticket was the only solution to the issue.
    A halfling walks into a bar with a mephit on his shoulder. The bartender says "Hey, that's pretty cool. Where'd you get it?" The mephit says "Korthos Island. They're everywhere."

    If you are not able to submit a ticket within the game, you can go to our website at http://support.turbine.com and submit a ticket to the In-Game Team there. They will be happy to help you!
