Shroud Run (non-spoiler) planning

So I have decided to run a non-spoiler shroud run.

I have 5 of us that have never run it, and 2 people interested in join that have run it but promised not to give away anything for the quest.

I am planning a Friday Night, 9 pm EST run. I have no date as I would like to get a full 12 first.

This is awesome! I too play the game for the fleeting sense of wonder, and would rather fail a dozen times learning it myself than have somebody teach me the shortcuts and "win" on the first try.

Sadly, I have no characters on Argo anywhere near high enough level. But please report back, I'm inspired to hold out (within reason) for a non-spoiler shroud raid when I'm finally high enough level. My guild is currently in a "no spoilers" Chronoscope. We've died so many times our soul stones are getting tans, but we are having a great time!

thats because you are focused on completions like the rest of us. But the first time in a quest is the best. Especially in the old days when Turbine did not release everything to the test server. The first time we did POP and did the beholder those shrieks of awesome death were the best.

Thank you! I appreciate the support, and I hope you have the pleasure of running one when the time comes. I am a huge supporter of no spoilers, so if that time comes, even if I have run it a hundred times, I promise to play like it was my first.

Planning my No-Spoiler shroud run for Friday, 6-17-2011 at 9pm EST. I have 9 interested so far, and would love to have a full group for this if possible.

I am not opposed to people running with us that have run before if they do not mind pretending they do not know about the quest.

yes yes.. No spoilers, especially ones that ensure failure.

Everything is still on for Friday night - Look for Dollen on around 8:30 on Friday night. I will start forming and we will go as soon as we are full!

Alright! Looks like tonight should be a go, if all goes according to plan. I have a few that were committed that are unsure if they can make it now, but I think I had enough interest to still fill up.

I will be on at 8:30 EST (as Dollen) so if you are interested in running, send me a tell. I am planning on a full party; I have 7 spots reserved, but plan on starting at 9pm, so if those reserved spots do not fill up, I will take first come first serve.

Hope to see you guys there - I will be posting in here tomorrow to let everyone know how the run went.
