Clarification On Quivering Palm

Heyla and well met!

I've been searching DDOWiki, the DDO web site, the release notes, and these forums concerning exactly how update 9 affects quivering palm, if at all, but I am apprently using the incorrect search terms to find exactly what I'm looking for. So I am hoping that, by asking this question, directly, on the forums, someone will be able to clarify how update 9 affects quivering palm, if at all.

I don't think QP has been affected.

The only change I can think of is that QP can now kill epic monsters that don't have deathward. Other than that improvement, there was no change.

Hm... See, I've been told by others, and seeking confirmation, that quivering palm is supposed to work similarly to the death effects from vorpal and such. But, as I said, I haven't found any references to it. Knowing that it at least can affect epic trash mobs is nice, though. I hope, if someone knows, for certain, they can post a link to the actual information concerning quivering palm.

You can use QP in epics on mobs but the save on it is so low it never procs. I see a save over there head every time i have tried it. I find that its pretty much useless once you leave the vale as it dosnt even proc often enough in amarath to keep it on my hot bar.

Ah, okay, so it seems like quivering palm is still of not much use, as of now.
