    Default Can non-bards have the perform skill?

    Hi there,

    I want to build a toon with good CC. Fascinate seems to be great but I can't afford a bard level. Is there any other way to get the Perform skill with the Fascinate feat?

    I looked at Half-Elf Dilletante but it doesn't look like I'll be able to actually have the perform skill and therefore my fascinate will be very easy to resist.

    Does anyone have any other options I haven't thought of?
