    Default Voice chat feedback problem/solution

Voice chat is extremely popular as an in-game feature and as is, works great - except for one small problem...

Some people do not use headphones and use a desktop/webcam mic when playing. due to this, when they use push to talk, all background noise and other voice chat going on will give feedback, sometimes extremely painfully loud. I was thinking, 'it sure would be nice if they gave us an option to mute the game when using push to talk'. Then I decided to share my revelation here to see what everyone else thinks about it.

Devs, I know that me and many other players would highly appreciate the option to mute sound while talking, to really cut down the annoying feedback that can be painful at times (literally). of course, it being optional would not force people to use it, but the option would be nice.

perhaps even two separate mute options, one for in-game sound, the other for voice chat (since sometimes the feedback is exclusively related to voice-chat, one person talks and will feedback through someone else's mic painfully).

    just a thought.

I was wondering if there was some way to mute my speakers when I get them so that I can push to talk without having the sound from the speakers also go through the mic.
Disappointed and without trust in the powers that be.
