Would You offer your throat to the Wolf with the red roses?
On Thelanis: Hallelujah (EK wraith) - Jerryrigged Juggernaut (Fiend Warlock) - Sepulchral (Druid) - Chopchopchop (Monk) - Alleyshadow (retired gimped monkcher). Formerly on Keeper : Misericordia (Thug) - Mumbo Jumbo (Battle Caster) - Infernal Can (WF Kinda Cleric) - Halleluyah (Melee Spellsinger).
Empower/maximize effect all but heal and mass heal, which only empower healing improves. All three will effect the cures. They stack additively, so all 3 on gives 3x the healing for the (mass)cures.
So why would I not want both remember the toons idea is to supplement and heal my brothers Wiz. I will be his healer/tank.

while I still would personally exchange adam body or empower for IC: Slash, I think the build is solid and will be fun to play.
I say go with it.
Thank You for the assistance in making a good build one final question would it be better to try to obtain Angel of Vengeance? is it that much better of a pre? One other thing how do the requirements for casting work into this? I thought divine uses Wis? Am i going to be able to cast everything without tomes or equipment?

Later on in the progression I plan to use the Free Feat swap for just that change ADM to Slash ADM is for the lower levels. I have also heard and read that the DR that is provided through Enhancements is almost useless once you get to lvls 15-20 so i plan on swapping them just no0t sure for what yet.

You have heard wrong, at least for this build. One of the biggest reasons people like a Warforged pure Favored Soul Build is that at level 20 it gains DR 10/adamantine that stacks with the feat and enhancements, so it's possible to have a total static DR of 15/adamantine at cap. That's enough to drastically cut down on your healing needs, since it's being taken off virtually every hit. Combine that with your resists, which will vary from 30 to 40 without gear, warforged CON bonuses, and both the racial and FVS toughness lines and you get a high HP character who takes significantly less damage than almost anything else.
As for whether to take both Empower and Empower Healing . . . I still say there's no need to take both. You would be much better served by IC:Slashing. There are many enemies that are just much more efficient to melee down, and IC:Slashing makes a big difference in your melee effectiveness. Running all 3 metas costs so much extra SP that it's not remotely worth it in most situations. Often, you'll only have one of them turned on. In rare instances, two. If you have all three, you'll usually just be wasting SP and over-healing.
Emp Healing only helps healing spells and emp helps all but the spells Heal and Mass Heal so would it be better to just take Emp and drop those two spells for something else? Or was that a miss post from earlier?

Midnight,
I have a similar build capped. It's basically a mix of soul survivor and the Lord of the Blades built adjusted to my playstyle. Some stuff that was working well:
I kept Adamantine Body up to around lvl 15 and then dumped it. Reason is that I invested into UMD which is not as effective with that feat. While I agree that the adamantine body is still very useful on level 20 it depends on your playstyle.
Extend turned out to be very useful throughout leveling and even on level 20 - but that's more taste than required.
Empower is a waste. Never used it, never even had it. Rarely using empower healing and thinking of dropping it as mass heal usually does not need the extra healing power.
also don't dump balance. As someone else posted earlier: A Fvs laying on his back is a dead Fvs. screw jump if you have to. there are spells that can take care of it. Balance is a life saver you will need.
The ideal feat setup for a WF melee/heal FVS is probably along the lines of: PA, Toughness, imp crit: slash, Maximize, empower healing, quicken, extend. Extend would probably be the feat to drop for Adamantine body, but it can be hard to give up extended buffs once you get used to them.
That may have been the case before U9, but not anymore. Even ignoring the benefits to Blade Barrier and the Cure spells, Empower would be worth taking if it did nothing but boost Divine Punishment.
An empowered, maximized, superior brilliance-d Divine Punishment does superb DPS. Against raid bosses, who you can count on to hit you or your champion enough to get at least a couple of stacks of the aura debuff, it hits for over 500 damage every 2 seconds -- that's 250+ DPS, on par with an average PUG melee, without you doing anything except casting a quick spell once every 15 seconds. You can sit there and shield block, or concentrate on healing, or swing a sword, and DP just continues ticking down. It's a great spell, and has no save, and so it's ideal for this sort of sword-swinging, wis-dumped favored soul -- and it's enhanced by Empower.
