Account assistance on the weekend?

I have a problem with my account, so I submitted a ticket via the turbine site ... I also see that the support-by-phone isn't open until Monday ... so does that mean no one will get my support ticket until Monday as well? I assume that means no one dealing with account support is on call for the weekend (the times when the most people play the longest time ... )? Just curious if I should not even get my hopes up about my problem being fixed before Monday, or if there is a chance someone will get to it ...

yeah there will be no help at all on weekends as of right now im having trouble with my account as well and wont be able to do anything til monday ab out it

Wow, that is jaw-dropping asinine ... I could understand not having people to answer phones over the weekend - somewhat - but to not even have the most minimal online support so that someone could - oh, I don't know - assist customers during the unequivocal busiest times of the week? Even I know that is a good idea, and I don't even have an MBA!

The real rub is that it is an issue which they know about; I had to call last month for the same problem, and it would be super simple to fix (both long and short term) ... so, I guess maybe next weekend I'll get to play ... meh. Honestly, I've been a customer for a long time, and I don't get [upset] about servers being down, or bugs in the game, or all that junk some people get so worked up over ... but this seems pretty poor, and really turns me off of Turbine.

We do have support available on the weekends, just not phone support for Accounts.

As always, the sooner you put in a ticket, the sooner it will be reviewed and you will receive an answer.

If you're experiencing a problem that you previously experienced, I encourage you to mention that when contacting support, as there may be additional steps they can take, or that you can take. For example, with Game Time Cards, if you add a new one before the previous one expires, you can simply add the time and won't need to contact support.

FYI. Monday is a Holiday as well. Doubt there will be any phone support.

OK, thanks. I did put a ticket in about 24 hours ago, and made sure to include it was an issue that had happened before ... unless they miraculously get to it in the next few hours, I'm guessing I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow morning ...
