My VIP status is gone

I paid for VIP yesterday, and today I log in to find that I can't do the adventure pack in Catacombs because for some reason I have no VIP access anymore. To be quite honest this is more than mildly discomforting, I prefer that when I pay for a month subscription for something, that it be a month long not less than 24 hours. So to say the least I am quite upset and with no customer support on a saturday to resolve this expeditiously I am really starting to doubt that I would purchase this service again, or even play the game. I am quite annoyed and would like to see that my play time which is limited as is, not be interfered with (especially when I actually paid for it). Extended payment for stuff is the reason I don't play mmo's such as WoW, and yet I was willing to pay for the extra services of quests primarily. If this is not resolved soon I do feel that it will be my personal mission to deter as many people from playing this game, even though the game itself is amazing. Service needs to be improved especially in the case of paid accounts...

Edit: would also like it to be noted that i did read the other threads, and my account does show that turbine did take money, so don't try and pull no payment received bs please.
