Here are my suggestions for changing epic scroll drops to encourage full party play over solo arcane beginning of instance clearing (I've dont plenty of both and the former is much more enyoyable).
- Attach scroll drop rates to the type of mob. IE, keep drop rates the same for trash mobs, up them to 10% for orange names, 25% for red names, and 50% for purple names. This would increase incentives to both complete quests and complete optionals in some quests.
- Add scrolls to the possible drops for end rewards. Somewhere between 0.5 to 2 average scrolls per end reward list would work here.
