Let's see...I have, probably 10-15 hitpoints. A pretty good slash from a longsword from someone with decent strength will probably kill me.

I used to have the toughness feat, but I had to retrain that when I hit 40...

Only exceptional gear is my wedding ring...

My 13 rogue / 6 ranger / 1 barbarian Elf has... 308

The thing of it is, its not generally an issue. Thanks to evasion so long as I stay out of trouble, he doesn't ding out much. The one danger are cleaving mobs like the green devils which can suddenly decide to port in on you and have a go, or if the main tank goes down and I'm left holding the agro bag for a pile of nasties, but those things don't really happen much. Beating on harry can be an issue with a weaker healer though.

That's my lowest level 20. My highest is around 510, but he's a skirmish DPS, not a real tank. Still, he only dies under fairly extreme conditions. The only down side I see to 400-500 hp on non tanks is if you like to go solo or two man a lot at high level, the extra durability really matters there. Also doing a quest for the first time, you can get caught off guard and be taken down. But in most play where you are with friends and in quests you know, I don't find the need to have monster HP.

My phenix monk is 480 or so which is fine with self healing and my WF pale master is 386 or there abouts when not in undead form but he typically has about 420 when questing.

I'm also not much of a gear grinder so none of them yet have HP Greensteel and only a couple have exceptional Con.

Dispel can be MyDDO'd he does indeed have that hp. Unbuffed or not I can not verify as MyDDO does not allow that level of examination.
