    Exclamation You don't want my money?

    Well my VIP status ended and the system don't renew it! when i try to manually edit the payment option i got this:
    "The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error; we apologize for the inconvenience. If this problem persists, or resulted in any issues in your account, please contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: -2]"
    Well if u don't wanna people to pay, just make the game content free of charge!

    You rolled a -2 on your card check

    Have u tried again later? At least you haven't run into error 30005 yet, then you may worry.

    There is a sticky here that has some good information in it.

    One thing that may be giving you that error is that there are some character limits on address fields where you enter your billing address. For example, the street address lines have a max character limit of 30, so going over 30 would give you that error. Shortening it to 30 or less may get you around that error.

    The bad luck continues ...
    Today i tried to add some TP to buy a zone and I got this:
    "We are sorry, we were unable to process this transaction because this account has been suspended. Please contact customer support."

    I got this too
    The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later.     The strangest thing is that I used this card for 5-6 months and now I can't play anymore!
