    Default DDO Store not available

    I just logged into the game and noticed that the DDO store is not working. When I open the store, strangely, all I get is screen with the background pic. No buttons or info, not even my point ballance.
    When I went to the Turbine technical support and wanted to open a ticket; that screen is empty as well. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Try the steps here regarding this (if that page doesn't load on first click try a second, happens on some browsers) and if afterward you still cant get it to load then submit a tech support request if you haven't yet as well.*

    * Just a heads up depending on the options you choose filling out the form you may get an auto-response that recommends going to that same KB article and trying the steps, if you haven't at the point you get that message then do so, but if you have already wait about five minutes and then reply to the email as directed to indicate its still ongoing, (the five minute wait is just so the system can fully process your ticket submission before a reply is sent and reopens it).

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
