Lost item in the crafting Hall bank

Hello,

I tried to transfer an item (a dreamspitter) from my shared bank account to one of my character personnal bank using the banker in the crafting hall. Click-dragged it but nothing happened. I closed the bank windows and tried to re-open them but the banker was afk or on lunch break and never reopened my bank windows.

So I went to the kundarak bank to do the transfer and there, my dreamspitter had disappeared. Not in the shared bank slots or character bank or character bags. Zip, nada. The banker in the crafting hall kept it or stored it in the wrong vault. I rebooted the game but still nothing.

House Kundarak should check/train better their employees

I submitted a ticket but wanted to let you know of the issue and I hope you will be able to help me.

known issue, your item is gone forever. sorry but nobody will help you. If you have bank lag dont close window, just walk away from computer till the transaction completes.
