I've bid something 2 hours ago, now i look at my bids and i dont see it and i didnt received the money if i was outbided and i haven't received the item i bid on... what the .. was going on? And can i receive my money back ?

You didn't receive any in-game mail at all? You could check a mailbox, just in case.

It appears as though you might've submitted your bid during "lag o'clock" in the game, when it does backups. During this time it often makes it look like a bid gets placed, but it actually doesn't and no money is actually taken.

If you're positive that you successfully placed the bid (by looking at your bids right after placing it), my suggestion would be to submit a bug report and describe everything in detail.
