    Default

    No TWF and less than max STR on a TRed HO pure Assassin makes me sad. At least go Acrobat and tell us it's a staff build!

    Still no.

    Drop int by 2, wis by 2, cha by 2: max strength.
    -This will cost you 46 skill points:
    -- drop haggle (46 - 18 = 28)
    -- drop open lock to 15 (28 - 10 = 18)
    -- drop hide to 20 (18 - 13 = 5)
    -- drop jump to 10 (5 - 14 = -9)
    -You now have 32 extra points:
    -- add 23 diplomacy
    -- add 1 to tumble
    -- add 8 to spot (if you're taking that much hide and move silently you'd better not waste it by bumping into a sneaking enemy)

    Dump defensive roll, take skill mastery.
    Drop the second toughness, take Power Attack

    Find something to dump for Haste Boost 2-4 and at lest a couple of extra action boosts

    Of course, this is all under the assumption you're intent on going to use quarterstaves for some reason. There are plenty of good to great orcish TWF builds here. I also kind of wonder why, if you're doing a completionist project, you don't take a different melee life first. Rogues are spectacular DPS, good soloists with the right gear, and tons of fun to play, but fighter, monk, and barb all give better passive PL feats, and the fighter active PL in particular would be great for a Rog.
