    Default Wind stance

Does the monk wind stance stack with the ranger tempest line?

    Thanks in advance

If I recall, monk wind stance gives double-strike chance and enhancement bonus to attack speed, while tempest gives bonus to offhand strike chance. It seems to me those are all different bonuses, so they should stack.

    Correct.

The Tempest PrE changed from giving a TWF attack speed increase to giving you an extra 10% chance to proc off hand attacks at tier I and II. This gives you a full 100% chance to proc off hand attacks after you pick up Tempest II.

If you are talking about the double strike 18/2 Ranger/Monk in windstance then yes. Tempest III gives an 5% untyped bonus and Monk windstance gives a 2.5% insight bonus. If I am mistaken somone please correct me, but as far as I know they would stack.
