Trade your lesser essences in for greater essences

Chance to upgrade your lesser essences into greater essences, which are the limiting factor in crafting. For every 10 lessers you send me I will send you 1 greater of the same type.

For example, mail me 100 lesser good essences and I'll mail you back 10 greater good essences. Mail me 1,000 lessers essences and I'll mail you back 100 greaters of the same type.

Send mail to Mystera or contact me in the game (I prefer mail as its faster, but up to you).

Can't you already convert Greaters into Lessers in game? The other way is not possible so I could see someone trading but unless I missed something I don't see a reason to send you Greaters to get lessers back.

Reread the original post. There is no way to convert your lessers for greaters in the game, which is what I'm offering. Seems everyone is searching for greaters since they are the limiting factor in crafting. This is your chance to get more greaters.

My mistake I thought you were offering trades in both directions. I've only done a limited amount of crafting so far but for me the lessers seem to be more an issue than the greaters.

You are getting double the lessers for doing nothing but mailing your extras. Hats off to you, sir.

Good for someone that has too many lessers and not enough greaters. Currently there is no way to upgrade your lessers into greaters. Kind of like me letting you trade me your small shroud ingredients for my large shroud ingredients...almost never happens as people would rather have larges. And if the offer is close to 5 lessers for my greater I would rather not go through the hassle, since IF I wanted to downgrade my greater the computer will already give me 5 lessers (and that is a big if for most).

There is a strange way to convert lessers into greaters in game...

Use your lessers in the various 4 lessers 1 shard low level recipies. Make a bunch of pointless shards. Deconstruct them to get essenses back. Most will be lessers (upon which you can repeat this process) but some will be greaters..... profit.

You can also convert lessers into greaters by crafting a shard that costs 4 lesser essences and then deconstructing it to get essences back.

You'll average better than 1 Greater essence back for each 10 lessers "spent" in this way.

Edit: just tried this to see what the ratios might be. I made 50 greater beatitude I shards (200 Lesser Good Essences used), deconstructed them all and got back 104 Lesser Good Essences and 17 Greater Good Essences.

That's obviously not the exact ratio, but it seems like a reasonable start. I'd expect to get back around 1/2 of your lesser essences in this process and about 1/10 of your total input returned as Greater Essences based on this experiment.
