    Default Having some problems with my account

    Hi i am having some problems with my account and dont know what to do. I Became VIP on the 15th of may because i realy love the game and put in quite a lot of hours with my characters i play a wizard level 7 now and i also have a level 3 fighter. When i signed up i was not realy sure if the money gets taken out straight away or not or it gets taken when the month is up... i have never had a subscription before and did not realy know how it worked. anyway at the time had no money in my account... but i thought if it wont let me become a vip when i try to sign up i obviously need to get money the first day... but i thought lets just see so i signed up to the 8/99 a month subscription and it went through so i asumed the money will be taken when the month is up.. i clicked off turbine and went back to the game and was playing for hours on end and even made a guild. Then i was thinking maybe i should change my subscription plan to the once a year payment because it may suit my needs better.. so went back to turbine and noticed the dates said it wanted the money now... but i had no money in my account.. i was wondering why it let me become a vip if my account was empty and thought it was a bit confusing. So i cancelled my subscription and thought i will wait untill i get some money.. i then signed up again a few days later because i was due to be getting some money put through to my account but my payment got screwed and i dont have any money untill tomorow... i tried to cancel my account few days back now but all it said was account cancelation pending or somthing ...later when i checked it was still pending so i thought ah well i get paid tomorow so i will just sign back onto the subscription... i have realy screwed this up and have been pretty confused from the start.. i have never had a subscription to a game before and i realy love this game... will i get my account deleted???? i realy dont want that to happen and i want to stay vip but theres a delay with the payment untill tomorow when i have the money in my account... wont let me cancel and i dont realy know what to do. Will my account be deleted?????? sigh

    sorry if this comes across a little confusing... basically when i subscribed i thought the money would be taken out when the month is up because the subscription went through when i had no money in my account.. only to find out i was wrong so i cancelled and a few days later signed up again because i was die to be getting money on that day but my payment got screwed up.. so tried to cancel again untill i had the money but it would not let me and has been pending for ages so i just signed back up again before because i get payed tomorow...i just dont want my account deleted because it took so long to get my character good and i realy love the game... i need help and advice please.

    Ok i am starting to get ****ed off now as nobody is replying to me. i posted this in the right place so i will ask for the admins to pull their thumb out before i just cancel alltogether. i need to know whats going on.

    Default Getting a bit annoyed now

    Ok i posted my last post called -having problems with my account- asking for help and advice but nobody is responding to me. this part of the forum is called account management and assistance and i dont seem to be getting any. If i dont get a reply soon i am just going to cancel all together because i need to know what will happen to my account......................................... i will give it a few hours

    Ok thanks to recieving absolutely no assistance and adive whatsoever apart from -they wont delete your toons- i am now cancelling my account for good. if this is the best help you can get on this thing then its not worth it. thanks for the assistance. NOT

    Posting to the forums is probably not the best way to get an immediate answer from Turbine. Best bet would be to call them. You can email them also, but I suspect a 1-3 day turn around on that also.

    Rage quitting because you didn't get a response in 16 hours is really not a cool thing to do.

    16 hours is more than enough time in my eyes to awnser important questions people need to know. at the end of the day its my money and i aint being messed around. iv quit now and i aint coming back. how long does it take to get some advice. plus as i said it says account management and assistance so its a bit missleading realy. nvm i want my account cancelled i pressed cancelled once again all i see is account cancellation pending bs. i dont want it pending i want it cancelled right ****ing now

    So in 15 hours, which included maybe only 6 hours of which Customer support at turbine was even open you decide to quit?

    You may want to rewrite the original post so people can understand it. There is also a customer support phone number you can call to find out the answers to your questions.

    Its quite easy to understand and if your telling me 6 hours or even 2 hours is not long enough to awnser a question then thats laughable.. whats even more of a joke is i seem to be getting these responces pretty **** quit at the moment dont i? whatever bro ty for the number and everything but i quit. bye

    Your getting responses from other players, not Turbine. Here I will give you a response:

    Every time you click cancel, you get charged a full years subscription.

    Probably not the answer you were looking for I bet... You are looking for an answer from an official Turbine representative. For that you need to get in line, by forum, I suspect the line is a couple days long.

    where exacly did i sign up for an agreement that says if i cancel after a month or two i get charged for a full year? would you like to post the link where it says that vordax. i never agreed to anything like that and if this is the case which i find that hard to believe no offense then i will just use my other account and empty my other one and will be like trying to get blood out of a stone. i signed up to 8/99 a month not a full years subscription.

    lol and if your telling me because i clicked cancel three times within the space of a couple of week i will be charged for three years worth of subscriptions that is the biggest joke i have heard for a long time lmao

    That was my point, I am some random user telling you what happens.. You can't really trust the source. You want an official Turbine response not just anyone, for that you need to wait.
