    Look bro all i wanted to know is what will happen to my account. I came to the forums and asumed this is where you get help and i posted my question in the right place but got no reply for 16 hours apart from a couple of words by a user. I asked for an admin nobody replied. some people need to know certain things when they are going to be paying cash out of their account and i was not getting anywhere. Now you are trying to tell me i agreed for a full years subscription.. and everytime i click cancel it will charge me for a full year. I see you are the founder of these forums not just some random user and if you think this is a good idea of a joke i actually think its pretty **** disgusting so once again i would like to see the evidence where it states i will be paying for a full year everytime i cancel. I have signed no contract or seen anything saying that. I didnt want any of this drama all i wanted was a responce and did not get one . I have read some of that stuff and it says they are hardly not active etc but i would of thought the admins or even the founder of the forums would have the right info to help somone. guess i was wrong. You are also saying i need a reply by turbine well do they reply on here? this is the place i thought i would get help.

    oh and it was not a yearly subscription i joined it was the 8/99 a month

    Thats right, any account specific issues will have to be dealt with by phone or ticket. The reason? forum threads do not go away, so your account specifics would be posted for the world to see forever.

    also the phone number i was given up top does not even work and does not look like an english number to me and if it did work its going to be costing money just trying to sort this out. i want my sub cancelled and all it sayd is account cancelation pending just like it said last time. i want it cancelled immiediatly not when these turbine people decide. its my bank account details and i dont want them leaving it to the last minute just so they can try and milk money out of me. this is a joke and i think anyone would be as frustrated as me.

    Read it and how is anyone meant to know this to start of with? where do people find out any of this info when they have only been playing a week or so? it says nothing on turbine when i signed up. Maybe if everything was not so half assed things would go right for people and things would not be cancelled.
