Twilight Shard not allowed on Shields?

Yeah, I was very disappointed about this. I was planning on making a "Greater Twilight Mithral Tower Shield" for my wizard. But I found out when I crafted the "Twilight Shard" that it can only be applied to Armor.

Yeah. Tooootally lame. I've got a buckler with a Large Guild Augment slot, and only 5% ASF. But still... 5% ASF >.<

For those 5% SF shields you can make a ring to go with them. Put Casting Dexterity(-5% SF) on a ring, at least at low level it works nicely where rings aren't an issue.
