Exactly. The point to take from this I believe should be Elite raids have everything to do with good party dynamics and not the level of your toons. A pugged elite raid has a very good chance of failing, not because characters aren't high enough or geared enough, but because the party isn't coordinated in knowing the other player's abilities and deficiencies.

couldn't read it either. Though I know what guild they're in and thought they were supposed to be the exclusive people from the guild they broke off from.

They had an lfm up last night with a interesting comment when no divine would join their epic. (it was up for a while too)

I don't run elite Shroud. It's boring and hardly an achievement anymore. Used to do so a lot, but then I realized Moar HP beatdown =/= challenge.

I pug Elite ToD and epics and the like.

Yeah I'd agree with you there. The only really elite challenge ingame right now is ToD. Shroud elite is a cakewalk that only really needs to be done if someone needs the favor but again still not by just lvl 20's.
