    Requirements for the build:

    NOT WF, HOrc or HElf

Be strong pretty much off the boat and throughout the game.

    Okay/goodish melee

    Okay casting

    The FVS PRE

    Self Healing

Solo capability, but also able to help in a party

    No Monk

    So, can anyone help me?

Horc will give more DPS if you max STR. Helf will give you more flesability like a human with better perks with the Dil feats. I would pic Helf with the Rogue Dil for SA damage. I have a LOTB FVS build that I am working on getting to Level 20. I really like the DPS I can put out and the healing. Here is the link to my build. You will want to adjust things a bit.

    Here a 20 Fvs Helf, 32 point
STAT: 14/15/14/8/16/10 all level on wisdom (u have to eat +2 dex tome to have all TWF line)
Feat: Toughness, Rogue dilettante, TWF, Maximize, ITWF, GTWF, Empower (or empower healing spell), quicken
(make 2 MinII longswords so no need of IC: slashing)
SKILL: concentration (jump or balance if u eat a int tome)
Good in all, not excellent in nothing, sure very fun to play and easy soloing all content

You've basically excluded the best races and splashes to make what you want. IMO the absolute best melee FvS is WF LoB or Soul Survivor builds.

The elf 18/2 FvS/monk build with scimitars is also pretty solid.

I guess if you don't want Helves, Horcs or WF or Monk, and you need the DPS capabilities, you could look at an 18/2 Elf build....TWF chain, scimitars, with the upcoming changes to elven arcanum, it could be an effective nuker and acceptable DPS build.

Basically this: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...=FvS+elf+build with fighter instead of monk. You should tweak your enhancement, however, and get Angel of Vengence. Shoulder laser and the condemnation and boost to untyped damage and light/alignment damage are totally worth it.

*Edit* Ninja'd above...but at least we agree

I would go THF Human if you want some melee and some DC's. The TWF Elf Scimmy is a strong build but it requires alot of stat investment to have the TWF line, some Str and not dump stat con. Which usually means dumping wisdom which means no DC's.

    For frame of reference:

    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=318443

    For 32 pt:

    Str: 16
    Dex: 8
    Con: 16
    Int: 8
    Wis: 16
    Cha: 10

    or:

    Str: 16
    Dex: 8
    Con: 14
    Int: 8
    Wis: 17
    Cha: 11

Holy carp. I completely misread his question. Go Human instead of Helf. Also you can use my WF build as a guide. IMO it has great DPS, Buffs, and Heals. No offensive casting though.
